So I have this MDWS 18" Mid-gas 5R10 barrel that was a one off, SPR profile... X-Caliber blank; I think I may build this one for me.  I have some spare parts around here, except the handguard I want for it.  Hm.  It's cold an snowy outside, and I have a barrel and some upper parts.  I think you know where this is going.

I ended up falling asleep by the fire. Need to choose handguard and yep, I think this will be a dedicated 100AB and heavier barrel. We'll see!

I might know a thing or two about heavy wlv bullet loads... if you need any help that is. If you dare speer 130btsp are fast and accurate out of my "little guy"- and from others' that have expansion tested them they still open up at 1700fps.

21-23.5gr. of sw blk (showed sub 1/2moa at 65 yards), cci#450, lc10 brass, 2.26 coal, but its loaded for my savage to just touch the lands that I set headspace on, length will be different for ar. But out of my 24" savage I saw 2430- just under 2700 fps. 24gr. in my rifle started to loosen up primer pockets. I wish I had a 1:10 twist ar barrel, but only 1:11 and 1:7........for now at least.
