this will be the development thread for the 500 WTF

case length 2.15

requires ar10 set up, 
magnum bolt face -- kak sells magnum bcg's

can use 26 nosler brass
300 rum brass
375 ruger brass

will be adding to this post and thread as things move forward.

expanded it should work my dummy rounds are nosler and rum brass but ruger dimensions are close and should also work have some coming to test so i will see for sure.

i made a 50 cal expander for my sinclair expanders they also make one

How will this differ from the 50 Krater??  They are both based off a 300 RUM case.  The 500 WTF must have slightly more velocity...

those are estimated so we don't know what this will do yet.

it is shorter than the krater other than that probably pretty much the same he got his idea from me.

the krater uses i think 2.25 case length i went with 2.15 so i could cut off 26 nosler brass right at the shoulder and use it and i didn't want to be the same as the krater either since he took my idea.
