Your fired brass has a rather wide span of cartridge headspace (0.006”). Are you confident in your measurement technique? If you measure the same piece 5 times, are you always within 0.001”?

A general rule of thumb is to resize semi auto bottleneck rifle brass for a shoulder bump of 0.003 (+\- .001). Some folks go more, some less. With your wide spread, setting brass to 1.260” for your first reload should work.

1.261-1.262 should be where you set your dies, based off of your measurements. 👍
