Any plans to make Savage barrels?

I could see a lightweight 18" for hunting or a mid/heavy 22-24" barrel for range/varmint use.

We didn't plan on 6Mong Savage barrels because figured there were plenty of 6mm options out there already in a bolt gun.

However, I'm starting to become a fan of having an AR or two in each cartridge, and a bolt gun for it as well.

So short version is yes, I'll see what we can do.

What about making a .277 Wolverine barrel for my Savage Axis?

As I am currently working on an AR project in .277 Wolverine. I am also wanting a 6.5mm AR project.

We are placing a WLV Savage barrel order that should be done before hunting season.

We're going to do 12.5" 1:7, 16" 1:7, 18" 1:7 and 1"11, and 20" 1:11. All will be a sporter contour, some stainless, some 4140 Blued or Melonite.
